Due to the nature of this business, certain treatments require a level of quietness. Please respect other clients privacy during treatments by keeping mobiles on silent.

At present please come alone to your appointment, unfortunately we cannot have children or anybody else waiting.
If you arrive late for your appointment by 10 minutes you will need to rearrange your appointment as we cannot go into another clients time due to the extra turn around we need in between clients so please allow extra time for travel and parking.

The purchase of gift vouchers can be be made through our online booking system to be delivered automatically to the person on the day by email, alternatively you can call into the salon and receive a hand written gift voucher to present in person.

The salon will close each working day at 2pm-2.40pm for lunch so if you have an appointment at 2.40pm please just arrive at that time and no earlier as the shutters will be down.

Sensitivity Patch Testing

All new clients are advised that a sensitivity test is required 48 hours prior to all tinting treatments for HD Brows, I Lift Lashes & Lash Extensions. If you haven't received any of the above treatments within the last 6 months we would advise again on a patch test.

​Cancellations & Booking Fees​
We value our therapist’s time therefore should you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we ask for 48 hours notice so that this appointment can be given to another client on our waiting list. You will receive a text message or email 72 hours prior to you appointment, please respond within 24 hours to allow us to fill any slots that you may require cancelling.
Booking fees will be taken at time of appointment to secure your time with a therapist and is deducted from your final treatment bill. 50% is required to make any bookings wether it being online or in the salon. If cancelling within the 48 hours then the booking fee is NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available throughout the year, are redeemable against our treatments and products and are valid for 6 months.
